it was based in very nice clean building in a particularly good location, close to the city-center.

the room was clean and spacious, exactly what I was looking for. I requested a quiet room and was delighted to find that they had accommodated my request. the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. the hotel's location was convenient, with the bus stop for Uranavaros just a short distance away. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

We stayed in a reasonably large and recently refurbished room that had TV, a fridge, and a sitting area. The breakfast had good choice of selection, the food was good. Location: the hotel was just off restaurant, and a local night club🙂

Everything was great, from the hotel staff, a big room with a new look to the spa delights, and not to forget the great breakfast, which by the way, was different from one day to another (not as some spoiled people crtiticised it). I am not an expert but the hotel is more like a four star hotel as i visited.

Convenient location close to the city center accessible by public bus, also near downtown. the service is good, and the room was cozy with a decently sized fridge, comfy duvets, and a table & chairs for added convenience. 🌟

I just stayed for a night so its maybe not enogh time to judge fairly but i could say the stuff just were O.K. and the room was totally cold(winter time) but bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was really awful and poor !!!

The hotel is modern and spacious. Amble free parking is available to guests.

Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast options were good and the staff in the dining area were okay. The hotel is located near a bus stop with easy access to the city center. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the staff was helpful in providing a fan to keep the room cool. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Laterum and would recommend it.

The Hotel is nice, it's very clean and the staff very helpfull and friendly, though most of them don't speak english. You can get along way with german and a phrasebook. The beds are very hard and not very comfortable, but okey. The Hotel has free internet access, a nice boblebath and you can get a massage. The food is good are service fastI would recommend the Hotel Laterum

It says (on Booked.net) that they have laundry service, but I found this to be untrue. But Tesco is only a 5 min walk from the hotel and they can to drycleaning. The hotel doesn't have A/C and thats a big minus - I stayed there is August, and it is somewhat ucomfortable when you cannot sleep well bacause of the heat

The staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.

The rooms were sweltering, and the only part of the hotel with air conditioning was the restaurant.

The hotel staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. They made our stay tolerable.

Breakfast was pretty poor. The hotel is advertised as 4 star but it actually is only 3 star according to the rating displayed in front of the hotel. So we were mis-informed. We were not advised that the hotel restaurant will be closed and that there will be no room service on the day we arrived I.E. the 9th of April.
